While installing the new firmware 2.0 my KPA has shut down. Now he can not be switched on ! No lights and display is burning.

First disconnect from mains for a few minutes and try to boot again.
If this doesn't help you could boot from USB.
To do this you must put the kaos.bin in the root folder of the USB, not in the update folder.
Then switch on the KPA while pressing page < > -
So he gets no power at all?
Then disconnect from mains and wait approximately 20 minutes.
Then plug in again and retry. -

No, and I don't believe it's got to do with a fault power supply because it happened during the update process.

Excellent! There were similar stories in earlier days of updating the KPA, hence the recommendation to unplug from mains.
