I can not adjust the reaper and camper. It turns out the delay forward. Sorry for my english, I'm from Russia. Please help set up a chain.

try to lower the buffer size. I dont know reaper but judgind by your screenshot you can probably do this at the "buffering" menu.

hmm ok. what about the delay compensation, try to play with the setting and see if it helps.

hmm sorry I'm out. I'll start recording with the Kemper via spdif in a couple of days, but there are people here who'll help you with your issue for sure

i am sorry i cannot help either because i ordered a new soundcard 10 days ago for S/PDIF reamping purposes.
unfortunately the delivery is still delayed.
as soon as i get my first file recored (hopefully) i will comment here. cu
