So does anyone else have issues with the Kemper not reading USB sticks? Whenever I plug in a USB drive with the KPA already booted, it doesn't register. Finally after a couple restarts with the drive plugged in, "External Storage" will eventually show up and I can then import/backup/etc as usual.
This happens with multiple drives that I have...all formatted properly through the Kemper. Some drives don't work at all, even after multiple restarts. I have reformatted the ones that don't work as FAT32 on my Mac. The drives work fine on both of my computers (Mac & PC), but generally do not work with the KPA.
I don't remember having this problem with the toaster version, but recently picked up the rack and it's been that way since the beginning. Could it be an issue worth contacting support about? Like I said, in most cases the drive will eventually work. Any ideas?
