All though I haven’t tried with the Kemper yet, I assume you would want to create an aggregate device with both the RME and Kemper in your audio/midi settings on the mac. This way your RME and Kemper appears as an combined audio unit with inputs and outputs from both. I’ve used this approach with a unit from a competing brand before
I’ve used both the Kemper and the AxeFxIII. They’re both great units. Different, but great. It’s not like we’re cheering for football teams
Thank you for very nice pointers and tips!
Thanks
Sorry, try this:
Here’s a little song I recorded in my home studio. A little DIY, but I think I came pretty close to the dry 70s sound I was going for.
Link to spotify, but it’s up on all the other main plattforms as well

This would be great!
Available as a plugin. That would’ve been cool
I’m in that group…
I was thinking that a direct profile taken from the speaker out through a loadbox, would have the whole flavour except the speaker. Would it then be possible to add an ir in the cab slot as an approximation to trying out that specific amp profile with different speakers?
I’m aware that you can change cab types in a regular studio profile too. But then there must be some kind of algorithms that decide where the amp part ends and the cab part begin as the profile really was made as a whole package.
Forgive me if the questions don’t make too much sense. I’m new to the profiling consept, all though not new to amps, cabs, guitars or amp modelling.
Hi
Possibly a silly newbie question. But if I combine a direct profile and a loaded custom ir in the cab section, would that be the complete package comparable with a studio profile? Or will I miss some of the poweramp/speaker interaction mojo?

Kellerblues do you perhaps have rig manager connected with usb or wifi while playing? That would make sense based on how the head-version behaves.
My head-version doesn’t do this unless it’s hooked up to rig manager on the PC/Mac
Hi everyone
I’m brand new in the Kemperverse, and liking the ease of use and quality of sound
However I already have a wish for a function that I believe would make the Kemper even better in a band setting.
I wish there was a setting that when in performance mode made effect changes «sticky» until you changed performance.
Scenario: you have a kitchen sink performance that you use for multiple songs. (I’m a simple guy, and could probably make do with a single performance the whole set). One slot for clean, one for rythm, lead etc. For a particular song you turn on the chorus in your clean tone, after a while you go into a lead part. When you switch back to clean I’d like the slot to «remember» I turned the chorus on. Thus only having to make the change once during the song.
This would reduce the need for creating several almost identical performances, or even one per song.
As I guess some still would prefer the current way the performance mode works, there should probably be a global setting for ‘sticky mode’ on/off.
Moved to the feature request section. Sorry for the misplacement
