Turn BROWSE knob, select and then press soft button "Delete".

If you want to drive two KEMPER Kones in stereo and own a PROFILER
a. Stage, use stereo MONITOR OUTPUT
b. classical model, activate Monitor Stereo and use MONITOR OUT and DIRECT OUT.

All stored Rigs are independent in Browser and in Performance Mode. None of the effects in stored Rigs are referencing under any circumstances.
Perhaps you have locked modules of the signal chain. Press and hold the LOCK button to check, what is locked.

I'm having the same issue. Were you guys able to find the issue?
EDIT: It was the volume pedal set to zero in the system menu.
Is one of the PEDAL sockets configured as Volume Pedal?
Is an expression pedal connected to that socket?
In which position did the pedal rest? Heel?

The Stage doesn't offer the specific Stomps and Effects Section features of the classical PROFILER models.
You could copy and paste modules on the front panel instead of moving. Limitation: if all modules are already occupied you need to overwrite one or need to use a module in another Rig as a "parking lot". Advantage: this even works beyond section boundaries e.g. from module B to module X as well as across Rigs and across modes.
You could create an effect preset and load that preset in another module. This doesn't require a free module and works across sections, Rigs and modes.
You could use Editor to move modules.
You can combine all of the above to your convenience.

The SPDIF Clock setting only matters for the SPDIF sockets, which you don't use.
What Pure Cabinet does is described in the Main Manual. Why not recording it, if you like its sound?
Space only affects the PROFILER's HEADPHONE OUT, while Space>HeadphOnly is ticked. I verified this on a Stage with current OS.
-
How does the signal chain look like, that you are trying to try to profile?
The PROFILER automatically creates a Direct Profile and switches off the cabinet module, if there is no cabinet OR the cabinet is very linear. This can for example happen, if a bass amplifier with a cabinet, which is designed like a PA cabinet, gets profiled. In such cases the cabinet profile is irrelevant anyhow.

-
You can also experiment with Rig X-Fade Time.

All the Kone settings including Directivity are already global. Feature Request fulfilled!
Clean Sens as such is not global by the way. Clean Sens, Distortion Sens and Input Noise Gate are part of every Rig. Only, while the Input Section is locked, these settings become global temporarily.
There are other ways to continuously adjust bass e. g. the output eqs. Bass Boost is designed like a floor/free field switch.
-
Clean Sens gets stored with every Rig in Browser as well as in Performance Mode regardless if it is locked or not.
If you lock the Input Section, the current values of Clean Sens, Distortion Sens and Input Noise Gate are locked and supercede those stored in the Rig, when you load it. If you then store that Rig the locked values become a permanent part of that Rig.

What is exactly switched off? Each module and section has its button to switch it on and off.
If the Effects Section has been switched off, press the button named "EFFECTS".

i read about that in the update list.
not explainable to me. Because some Users don't know about it, you just remove it???
That's a big F-U to every User who used that feature.
Removing options is always a step backwards and reduces the qualitiy of the Kemper... Improving Options or features would be the way to go.
We have evidence that this option confused many people and lead to wrong settings causing switching latencies or even Looper chaos.
We have no proof, that anybody needs this option. Do you?
Removing a meaningless option simplifies the product to everybody's benefit.

Vielleicht möchtest Du noch die Output Source des MAIN OUTPUTs auf "Off" stellen, damit Dein Gitarrensignal dort nicht ausgegeben wird, sondern ausschliesslich das Aux In Signal.
-
This is not a common issue. Perhaps a color of your OUTPUT LED is broken. Please open a support ticket.
-
Hopes thats not true. But maybe they use one "piece of hardware" for handling input/output and that it only can be used by one at a time.
You can ramp via SPDIF In and OUT. It's described in the Main Manual in great detail.

You should also mention, how polarity is set on the PROFILER side. If you change Polarity in the PROFILER menu, the polarity switches on the BOSS need to be set the opposite way.
I suggest you test polarity with another switching function first: Assign for example module A including let's say a Distortion. The external switch should trigger on/off of module A when it is pushed. If it trigger on/off when it gets released, polarity is set the wrong way.
