Hi, all! I hope you're having a fantastic evening. I decided to do a lesson video using the Kemper. It's really more of a "concepts" video for people who are trying to figure out their vibrato. Sharing it on the YouTubes for funzies.

I got to do a fun fill-in bit tonight. Someone in the audience caught the latter part of the solo in between songs. Used Sascha's 5150III profile, again. One of the best profiles I've ever touched. Enjoy.

On my Kemper it shows up as 5150 III lead. That may have been what I named it, but I don't think I changed anything on it. Just played through it with a Schecter Hellraiser with EMG pickups, so it may have compressed the input a little bit, causing the sound to tighten up. It sounds a bit different when playing this profile with my Charvel San Dimas with Seymour Duncan pickups, which is what I often use for recording. Either way, it's a badass profile. My favorite 5150 III profile that I've found. Hats off to Sacha for making this beast of a profile!!

A buddy of mine from a black metal band asked me to throw down a guest solo for an upcoming album. Was too happy to oblige.

The profile is called "5150 III Lead" by Sacha. The guitar is a Schecter Hellraiser with EMG 81/85 pickups. The wah is a Morley Bad Horsie 2.

The band is Morgue Meat. The name of the song is "Execrate." It comes out on July 14th. Thanks for watching!

Thanks, guys! I wish I could say he was going to stick with playing the guitar. His parents got this guitar and an Epiphone acoustic for him not too long ago. He just doesn't feel like the guitar is the right instrument for him, but that's okay. Perhaps he'll find a different instrument that will work for him. I was actually surprised by how well this thing plays, being what it is. It isn't something I would gig with, but it's not a bad "beater" guitar.

My nephew asked me to sell his Fretlight guitar for him, so naturally I threw together a quick demo using the Kemper. Cheap guitar + good amp = fun sounds. I just put it up on the local Dallas, TX Craigslist. All profiles by And44 at The Amp Factory. Enjoy.

Thanks for all the feedback, gentlemen. I know it's an unusual topic, but you know how workplace discussions can be. These discussions are best served with a glass or six of bourbon and a dimly-lit room in good company.

Just finished this up. This song is the result of an ongoing debate between myself and a friend. I am of the opinion that time is simply a mental construct / illusion, and he believes otherwise. I, however, am correct. Here's the song. All guitars, bass, etc, went through the Kemper. Some percussion is live, some is digital. Keyboards and vox are also me. Thanks for your time.
