Most of these pedals accrued over the years, you know! So I´m going to sell a few, because I can´t use them anymore.

Another vote for the smaller one!

I hope my KPA will be dead reliable enough for touring. We´ll see. For the next 3-4 month I´m going to play around 30 gigs, I hope I can tell more about reliability after it. You know - humidity, low and high temperatur, vibrancy.... so I think its better to have a substitute with me.
Be sure - I don´t use Line 6 HD anymore!!! I got a HD 300 and a 500 BUT they screwed up - live on stage!!! One time the Pedal was defect and one time - at rehearsing all pefect - but 1 minute before the concert all I got from the HD 500 was my clean guitar sound. I used to play with my substitute Grrrrrrrrr
The Zoom G3 is very interessting, thank you! I got Gitarre&Bass magazin in my hands (9/2011), and this small pedal could be my substitute also!? Lets see,... Also its got XLR out.
I use a db technoligie monitor or a Nova monitor. Both active. Also I got a Fischer Amp inear monitoring with me.

Hi,
have you got a substitute for your KPA live with you? Maybe I´m going to use a POD or a Digitech 2101 as a substitude solution!?? A second KPA is to expensive for me, and a POD,... is better then nothing, if my nightmare come true, and my KPA drop out
What do you think?
Thank you

Hi, no Gig for this weekend, so carpe diem - lets find a good way to control my rigs! I´m not sure, maybe I´m going to find a very small & light way to put all in my 19" rack, like the AMT FS2 plus a expression pedal, or my Yamaha MFC10!?? The Nobels MF2 would fit into my 19" rack and its very versitile,... hmmmm,..... after all - I really looking forword to get the Kemper controller one day

Lightbox,
You are amazing!
One of the main reason why I stick around here. Always something to learn from true professionals and amazingly knowledgable folks.
Love the vintage mic by the way.
Keep the good stuff coming!

Be sure - I´m not a professional, indeed!!!! I guess this Mic would be very cheap on ebay,.... But note - for me it doesn´t work with vocals, acoustic guitars, drums,.... but in front of a guitar speaker - I love it -
amazing - decades I didn´t know! Thank you very much! This one produces exactly "my" sound wich one reminds me always to Oldfields guitar sound -
Hi "Kempers",
I got my own Kemper today and I´´m very, very happy with my rack version! I´m going to profile my beloved Mesa Boogie MK IIC+ and my amazing giant tonemonster Marshall/Diezel (a complete tuned Marshall by Peter Diezel), this weekend. As I know I can declare my recording equipment but I have no idea who´s the manufacturer of my microfon. Maybe anyone of you can help me!?? By the way - it sounds absolute WONDERFUL! It´s my main mic since 1997 and was for many, many years my Grandfathers "Darling" I also got Neumann, Shure, AKG, Sennheiser,.... but only this one rules for me
Thank you! for any help

thank you CK! - einfach durchdacht - klasse! just well thought out
-
It's plenty loud, no external headphone amp needed IMO.
Welcome and enjoy your Kemper!
YES! Perfect! Thank you very much -
Hello!
well, I got a question - my Kemper get delivered next tuesday, and I´m going to use my in ear monitoring furthermore. What do you think, is the KPA headphone out loud enough or do I need an extra headphone Amp?
Many thanks

Hey and welcome to the forum.
No, what you ask is not possible.
You can store different output volumes for main and monitor out, but controlling monitor volume by midi is not possible.
You can of course have a volume pedal connected between monitor out and amp/monitor.Thank you for welcome me! Very kind!!! well, I guess my midi-knwoledge is not good enough to follow Timos tip. It would be a little more elegant and dressy to control everything with only one midi foot controller, but your idea is foolproof and maybe my best way.
I got another way - I´´m not sure if it works, but I could connet my KPA Monitor Out with my Digitech 2101 Input, wich I can use only for a midi volume control. I always got a second preamp (mostly my Digitech 2101 or Digitech valve FX) with me, as a spare preamp for my KPA.
Best regards

Hi!!! Thank you very much for your welcome! Very kind!!! Later I´´m going to try Timo´s tip.
