Now that's a very good idea - do you have any sound clips?

You're right, but with a Thomann B-Stock you cannot save more than 50.- Euro. And whenever I go on their site I end up buying more things.
One more used gear page is the classified section of the Rob Chapman forum

Used units are few and far between.
The fretboard forum in the UK has once come up for sale every now and again ot kep an eye out on the Thomann website as they often have B-Stock items which saves a few quid.

What size stick are you using - I'be heard that larger capacity ones don't work that well (or at all).
I use a 4 gig one which is plenty big enough and it's fine. -
Which PA speakers are you using? I only ask as I had to tweak the output EQ when going through my Wharfedale rig to 'tune' the Kemper to the speakers.
Start with everything on the mixer desk and kemper flat and adjust to taste
Hope you get the sound you're looking for

Plus 10db is a really hot signal - I run the unpowered toaster into a rack valve amp at around -15db.

Looking forward top playing this profile - love a good JCM 800

Mic positioning is one of the key components of any profile - and indeed for studio work - it massivly influences the sound.
Most of the profiles that I have made/downloaded are done using a close-miced technique using dynamic microphones so the overall room has little effect as there is marginal pickup from the rear of the mic.
Can't imagine a profile would sound that good using a distant mic (room sound)

Fantastic Marshall profiles - loving the '68 especially
Thanks

Is the Mesa cab closed back - I find closed 1X12 cabs incredibly directional and get the same sound if you move outside of the narrow beam of sound.
My Kemper setup is similiar to your - KPA toaster into Marshall 9100 but into a 2X12 open backed cab with V30's and it works well as there is enough 'spill' from the open back cab to fill the stage area

Another thumbs-up from me - great profiles.
Used the Lead profile at a gig last weekend and it sounded great
Thanks

Just downloaded this profile and through headphones it sounds good - little too much gain for my taste but that's the JVM amp for you.
Looking forward to playing this one through my PA.
