I have to say I received my Remote yesterday 05/19/15 which I ordered back on 2/19/15 and it is worth the wait!! What a nice controller and so simple to use. Thank you KEMPER!!
I've read on here there have been issues with some of the users Remotes. Does anyone know which opereating system is the best to use with the remote currently? The reason I ask is I am running 3.0 and need to know if I should upgrade before plugging in my Remote? I have also read that some users remotes went dead after a short time of using them. Does anyone know if it is a software or hardware issue?

Wishing I had a few grand to spare! Those are gonna go quick, I'd imagine...
I should have purchased a package from Sweetwater and sold my toaster. I would have had a remote before some of the "early bird" orders. lol

I just received an email saying my Remote is delayed because they are sold out.
I placed my order first day as an early bird, payed up front with paypal, later sceduled to receive April 20 but now, who knows!...I'm so dissapointed!
This sucks...get a hold of G String and ask if he can help.

i understand that you're waiting for a reply for your four tickets. all of those are from yesterday - sometimes it takes more than a day, we are really busy right now. i'll close those tickets now.

if you haven't signed up for a store account, you account cannot be marked as "early bird" because there is no account as such. admittedly, this is a loophole we need to deal with and create an account for you. could you please write into support, they'll deal with it.

G String, Should I set the account up even though I already placed my order? Please let me know what I can do to correct this issue and be on the early bird status as there was no mention when placing the order on the kemper store site stating WE HAD TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT. I HAVE WROTE TO SUPPORT ON THREE OCCASIONS WITH NO REPLYS!

I've emailed Kemper three times in the last week with no reply's yet.
G-string, you stated early birds who bought a Remote before Feb-20 have received an update by email stating in which week we will probably ship. if you don't have this email, check your spam filters etc. if you don't find something and your online store account indicates you as an early bird, get in touch by email: kemper-amps.com/contact
i placed my order on Feb 19th and did not get any confirmation about a ship date. All I received was a sales order number. I did not sign up for a store account, I just purchased as guest with the email that I used for the early bird special.

your order does not have an early bird status, that's why you didn't receive an email with an estimated shipping date. if that's not correct, please contact support by email and supply the email address you've registered for early bird with.
