    Hey Lasvideo,

I have that, what I meant was a List of other effect and there settings.

Barber Tone Press - Settings are, ect.

It has Volume, Blend, Sustain. I have my settings Volume 2 o'clock, Blend 11 o'clock, Sustain 2 o'clock and I leave it on all the time.
So I am trying to replicate that.

The Kemper Compressor has the following,

    Intensity, Attack, Squash, mix, Volume.

So if you have some settings that work, please let me know.

    Hello guys,

Could please give me some settings for the compressor?

I really wish we could tone match some effects - like the Cry Baby Wah.

I have a Tone Barber Tone Press - would love to emulate this.

So if you have any settings please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Gezza.

    Hello All.

I finally took my KPA to Band Practice last night.

I set it all up, turned it on and nothing, pulled cables nothing.
So I rebooted everything and then Bam.

So I was really happy with my Rhythm, Cleans sounded great, Crunch sound great really great, but my lead tone just sounded a bit thin.
But on the high strings up the neck, it might be hard to explain.

Around the 12th fret the notes start to thin out and looses body. Like I have turned up the treble and lost Mid and Bass.

I was using the Pure Booster for my solo's set it around 3, I think that might have something to do with it, as my heavy sounds all sounded Fantastic.

Perhaps I needed an EQ and Lead Booster or a Different Effect for Solo.

    Any Body experience this?

Almost forgot, I am using a Fender USA Deluxe Strat with Single coils x 3 - N3 with a S1 Switching.

    Hey Guys,

Just hoping if someone can share compressor settings.

    I have found a few.

But hoping for some like the Cry Baby settings.

If you have some please let me know.

    Cheers,

    Gezza.

    Hello All,

Thanks cranyrayhany, yes I agree. Good not great.

After hours of playing, I came to the same conclusion, leave the pedal alone and use presets for solo and boosts.

I did just that, I set all my effects and have 2 boosts on the X and Mod.

    Cheers,

    Gezza.

    Hello,

Well I just waited 3 weeks for the Uno 4 Kemper to go with my FCB1010.

I have been hanging to use this.
    Well! what a real disappointment.
I calibrated the Volume pedal twice or 3 times, still has a really poor range of movement,IMO.
On zero it goes to the tuner and I have to move the pedal quite a bit to get it off.
That really doesn't leave much range at all.
While playing if you go back to far the tuner comes on.

So I think I will disable the tuner to avoid this while playing.
I have been playing with the Volume range in the Kemper.
Many years ago, when I was using a GT8, I use to have it set like this, heal 60% toe 100%, which worked really well for Rhythm and lead.

Is this range of movment normal for the FCB1010, or do I need to change something?

    Any help apprenticed.

One more thing, I see only a hand full of rigs with Midi #, so do I have to give them all a number if I want to use them?

I can see a lot of work in this.

    Cheers,

    Gezza.

    Thanks,

Can someone suggest a great chain to use live.

    Wah>Compressor>Distortion>EQ. Then - EQ>Lead Booster>Delay>Reverb.

    Anyone use something like this?

I play classic rock, Clean, Mean and then meaner and solo1 and Solo 2.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Gezza.

    Hello Guys,

I haven't used my kemper live yet.

I am not sure how to set up my effects and if i could run them the same as my real pedal board.

But I wanted to use the FCB1010 and in performance mode have the following,

1- Clean, 2- Crunch, 3- heavy Crunch, 4- lead 1, 5- lead 2, and then have all my effect the same once I select them.

Just wanted to know what works best live.

    Thanks,

    Gezza.

    Hello All,

I would just like some advice on what is working best live.

I want to set all my stomp and effects up and then lock them.

So not sure if my real pedal board can be re-created on the Kemper.

ISP Decimator>Compressor>Wah>Crunch Box>BB Preamp>Tuner>BoostNBuff, then into the effects loop ISP>Delay>BoostNBuff.

The Kemper has a Built in Noise Gate and Tuner.

    So would the following work.

Compressor>Wah>Distortion>Lead Boost, Then I could have Some effect>Boost>Delay>Reverb.

If you have a combo that works please let me know?

    Many Thanks.

    Hello All,

    Just my 2 cents,

    44watts! seriously with a drummer.

I believe the problem is the Magnum44 - 44watts is not loud enough to compete with a drummer.
4 x12 Quad Box - 100watts to 300watts depending on what speakers are in them.
Sounds like the Magnum is going beyond it's power and clipping.

Great tone comes from headroom, not pushing the amp and letting it breath.

    I just purchased a Matrix GT800FX - which is 400watts @ 4ohms.

    Thanks,

    Gezza.
