I do not know if this is related, but I noticed today that when I was scrolling overdrive and fuzzpedal in the Stomps section, I got this loud digital static noise. I can film a video if needed.

he he ...after 2-3 weeks I am too still lost in the Scarlett mixer ....
I found this awesome video, so I am a mixer guru now...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1avPHhiGw8#t=889Now I only would like to know if there is a way to use the Mac keyboard volume to control the volume on the active monitors connected to my Scarlett?
-
OK, now I have it and I am a bit lost in the mixer
Any tips how to set it up for everyday usage for just playing to backing tracks coming from itunes, kemper via spdif and output to my active monitors?
also is there way get the OSX keyboard volume control to work?

Hello, I am planning on buying the Focusrite Scarlet 6i6 for my iMac to connect the Kemper. My idea is the use the SPDIF connection to 6i6 and the attach my Active Monitors also to the 6i6.
My question is that can I easily get the sound of the Kemper and iMac "destop audio" (iTunes, Guitar Pro, Backing tracks, Youtube etc) mixed and to the active monitors at the same time?
Now I have a Line 6 UX1 and I have to open Garage band and make a dummy song with Kemper in one track to hear the Kemper from the monitors and it is annoying.

Are you using an UPS. Try a different power socket in the house. My Kemper was connected to an UPS and it made this annoying hiss. I tried to Kemper in an other power socket and there was no hiss. Then I removed the UPS at my work desk and the hiss was gone.

I had an UPS and I had that same hiss. Took the UPS away and the hiss is gone. I have no idea why.

Baaaaahhh... Made my day..

Yes, especially the Bassman profiles are awesome with Humbuckers. Les Paul Neck Pickup and the AFF2-59Bman TS- profile is my absoluty favorite for Blues solo stuff. Very dynamic profile.

I had the same problem when I had an UPS (APC Back-UPS BE550G) between my iMac, soundcard, monitors, Kemper and the wall socket. I removed the UPS and the high pitch noise went away.

I still cannot get the Freestuff samples. The download just gives me a blanc white page...

I tried my real pedals and found the same thing as you. They do not sound very good. Now I am just using the the Kemper internal pedals...

I really do not understand this bundle. How do I choose the 30 profiles. I was only able to choose the CustomShop 30! (Pick N Mix 30) Kemper Profiles 24.99 bundle, but there is no way of choosing anything.
Plus the freestuff demo does not work. When I try to download, it just gives me a blank page... server seems to too busy.

You need a cable like this:
http://www.verkkokauppa.com/fi…peli-3-5-mm-2-x-6-3-mm-pi -
There are two inputs (The "alternative input" and the "return input" next to it) in the back of the Kemper that you can use as a stereo input (6.3mm plugs) and then under OUTPUT menu there is a OUTPUT ADDONS page where you can adjust the "AUX IN to MAIN" and "AUX IN to HEADPHONES" volume separately.
ie. Plug your audio source to the AUX in inputs in the rear and then use the "AUX IN to MAIN" setting to adjust the mix.

Kemper has the AUX in . So just connect your iPhone, Laptop or what ever to the AUX and the Kemper will mix that to the guitar signal .
