Sorry to hear your having trouble, I've tried multiple USB cables without any problems, I think maximum length is 5 meters, if you're within that length , it might be advisable to open a support ticket.

Just a quick hello,
I got my Rack unit a few months ago and purchased a remote a few weeks ago, what an amazing experience, I've owned lots of other gear including great valve amps and other modelers,
but this is by far the best gear I've ever used .
I'm using Michael Britt profiles almost exclusively, very cool profiles , I don't even bother tweaking them any more.
Anyway, the profiler experienced a very small hick up (probably caused by me), I contacted Hans in support and he actually emailed me back How Freakin cool, a company that employs people!
