That looks a belter, love the top.
Me too! As for a name looks like a walnut. What about "Nutshell"? I once owned a National 12 Tigress dinghy which looked like an open Walnut shell. I called her "Nutshell" because of the nut on her tiller
P.S. I´ve got a Stratt, LP, Mastercaster, Martin and ESP408. I´m still hungry (Burp)

There she is again. Got last Friday. a PRS 408 TM Maple top.

You can get a quite mellow thing on the neck pickup. Good for "The Wind cries Mary" etc.. I think it's capable of producing quite a wide range of sounds. Played around 4 hours yesterday. Fingers are burning...

Here´s the guitar

They are really quite good. The tonal range is higher than the LP, but also quite broad. It´s like having 4 single coils with 8 tonal taps in all. The singles are single and the Humbuckers are really humming. I´m currently trying out "Fool for your stockings" using the MBritt Matchless JJ Cln- profile and it sounds really good. Bass pickup with s single coil tap. Awesome! Shame the guitarist is just a bit naff...
When I can work out how to upload picks I´ll post one...

I bought the thing because I wanted to try a 22 fret guitar over 25". I got a demo model that was really quite well priced (Euro 2.8k). It also was supposed to sound like midway between a start and an LP. That sure is the case. It suits my playing style (kinda Bluesy). The model´s a maple top.

What do you all think of the 408?

Hello everyone!
I've a confession to make. As a registered user I made a stink and got banned from the forum. Now, before the administration comes and removes me from here, I'd like to say SORRY to all concerned... I hope you're reading this GS...
I hope I can stay long enough to ask you Kemper users and fellow forumites something about how to use RIG MANAGER.
Does this actually access the list of profiles in the database displayed on the official Kemper web pages? If it does then I don't need to worry.
I'm only asking you guys (and gals), since I might expect an in depth answer. I play my Kemper a lot and like the tones it gives my LP and Mastercaster. I've even made a few profiles of my Tubemaster into a Tube Thomsen 2 x12" greenback cab. I don't think I want to be criticised again, so these are not going out to be shared.
I miss the discourse, but unfortunately irony and the devil's advocate aren't international and are not easy to read.
Thanks for your time. I'll get my coat and be on my way again.
