I bought this on Monday and love it. A personal highlight is the performances as I use my KPA mainly in performance mode.

I tried to redraw the waves but the problem is that the cracks don't appear as very tiny and clear pick as shown in the video but rather than what you can see in the picture I posted above. So if I try to redraw all of this mess, the crack is replaced by some kind of white noise. That's not really better
I have the first generation one. The software is called Scarlett MixControl.
I thought that, it’s just that with my macos I’ve just had to update the Scarlett software and it occurred to me that that may be your issue. I hope you get it sorted.

Which version of the 6i6 are you using? The software looks different to mine which is the 2nd generation.

I have a focusrite Scarlett 6i6 which I find adequate for my needs. Only problem may be that it has a number of inputs and outputs that you won’t need

Volume boosts pre stack only increase distortion. Put them post stack and they work as a volume boost.
These can also be morphed, on my foot controller in performance mode, each rig morphs the amp volume by around 3db with a small mid boost. Works great

Check that the sample rates are the same on the KPA as in the 816 software and tell the 816 to clock via SPdif

that’s just great. Thanks man

Hi Michael, sorry about your issue. One of my favourite things about the Kemper is that it sounds very similar at all volumes to me, obviously taking the Fletcher Munson thing into account. I did have a problem when I first got it as the volume pedal was in front of the amp block in the fx chain so as I turned down the volume, the gain went down as well. I just moved the volume pedal to the end of the chain and that sorted it out for me. I hope you get it sorted.

You have my sympathy man, it happened to me a couple of years ago. The thieves are scumbags

Have you clocked your interface to the SP/DIF output from the kemper?

I started in the seventies by ear, stopping and starting tapes and moving the needle back on vinyl. I heard and saw patterns in the music and this was explained in my twenties by a fabulous teacher. I love the theory and I think knowing it moved my ear to places it wouldn’t have gone otherwise. I also did quite a lot of transcribing early on.

I think I've tweaked my rigs about 5 times in the last 6 months now that I've got it dialed in. I really love playing guitar. ❤
Sometimes I have a little more delay, sometimes less.

I use the tap tempo button for this. One alternative is to have a different performance for each tune and have a performance tempo that way.

I used the monitor mix app on an iPad and found it helpful to put it into airplane mode then turn the wifi back on again. It helped with losing connection to the C32 router

That would be possible, and by the looks of it, unbelievably this will be one of the less fussy ways yo achieve this.
I don't usually change by solo boost volume too much, but if it needs to change, it seems there's no clear and simple way to achieve this even though the Kemper with Remote is such a powerful tool.
I use different performances for the same Edge delay sound at different tempos. It’s pretty straightforward, and if you’ve decided what works at a particular venue, you could probably stick on the performance with the same boost. Enjoy.

Could you set up three performances with the same profiles but varying stages of boost per performance? Then just choose the performance that suits
