I don't know if this ones been done, but even if it has, it deserves another visit

I like the Kemper effects, I use them live and they are easily as good as what was on offer in the GT100 which I used before. When I'm recording it's usually for others so they use their effects of choice

While by no means gig threatening, I did notice that renaming performance slots was extremely clunky. Patch changes are good for me though and the Wah is rocking

4.04 works fine for me and it fixed my morph to wah problem. It took a while to install but no problems.

Thanks a lot man this needs further investigation

In my experience, the clean and distorted amps are well balanced for level I use performance mode for live and have the usual clean, Fender crunch, Marshall crunch and lead with the boost on the lead tone coming from turning up the output volume on the stack section.

This looks interesting gents, without being cheeky, could one of you sum this up in English please Is it about using your iPad for patch changes?

Nice one. Welcome

Just upgraded to 4.03 and morph to wah does not seem to work. I'm using an fcb1010 with the latest uno4kemper. The system pedal page shows the values changing but the wah is not working

That's great uncanny in fact

There's an Edge type delay in 4.02, I use this stuff a lot and it's the best one I've heard. It has 3/16 (dotted 1/8) on one side and 5/16 (1l4 + 1/16) on the other with something like 80% delay and a long feedback. There's some other stuff that I can't remember but it's in the delay presets anyway just tap the tempo you want

I don't know if this helps but I got the Uno4kemper chip http://www.uno4kemper.com and it's been great, just plug and play

Not a bad spot, behind the POTUS.

You need to add a couple of cans of red stripe to your kit list

Interesting stuff, here's an article by an old friend of mine which discusses the physics of a G string and inevitable tuning problems.

It seems that there is a certain feeling of entitlement here. I bought a unit that profiled amps almost perfectly, I'm still using the sounds of an amp I just sold thanks to this near magical feature. The tubes won't break and I can leave it on standby, come back two hours later and it will sound exactly the same. For me the effects themselves are a bonus and when I bought it, I didn't even know there were Fw upgrades, let alone more and better effects. It's free stuff, I love free stuff. Chin up I think

@Raoul23 Frank Gambale had a good way to practise the modes, he recorded a vamp with the bass note of the mode and IV and V triads from the home major e.g for D Dorian you have F/D and G/ D . One bar of each is good and just let it go round and round, iReal pro is probably good for this, I used to do it on a cassette tape. To start with, you can just play the home major scale (in this case C) and you produce the modal sound whether you like it or not. Over time you start to make sense of the modal tones in their correct place. It,works for all the modes but if you're not familiar with them it takes a little thought

Just a thought, I profiled my boogie express in the kitchen while the kettle was on using an SM57 straight into the kpa and it sounds great to me. Good luck with your project.
