Sigh ... Yes, the date as shown is only yesterday but the fact remains that I already have Version 2.1.61 (13692)
on my mac and it tells me that it is up to date when I check for updates.
Something somewhere is adrift is all I'm saying.

I'm still not convinced this is new. I've had this since October '18
There's a thread here which might be of some use:
‘Great minds’ Nicky!
The rmbackup is for Rig Manager, I believe, hence the ‘rm’
Strange - I did not have an update today and my RM shows Vers 2.1.61 (13693)
Could it be that I am in the future?
I'm with you! Who's gonna play Doctor Who?
Why did you feel the need to lower the contrast?
Adjustment can be useful when viewing the screen at an angle. I'm sure there is a setting where you don't see the 'barcoding'
I've had something similar. Sounded like dodgy output valve (on a real amp) I even swapped out a clean profile for another. Turned out to be a dirty physical contact which was cured with a spot of switch cleaner (on all signal cables - though I suspect the rear input) - just a bit of maintenance, really
... I asked some of the profile makers the same question and they were all great but said they don't know what I'm talking about ...
Me either, sorry!
By the way no need to repeat marketing arguments if you are not able to put your nose into the code and check it by yourself.
Well, forgive me for not having that capability and, for the record, I was not repeating marketing arguments. 96kHz shows up on the SPDIF settings.
That's a major issue for me that make me sold mine.
So, why are you still here?
You do know the Kemper has a tuner?
Having a higher sample rate in input (then you can downgrade to 41khz for internal processing) would improve the bandwith and the whole sound.
Given that you can output in 96kHz, what do you think the internal system is running?
Yes, found this one a year ago. The guitarist is Peter Tiehuis - fine player
Top Dollar... Enjoyed that!
I put on a Lab Coat and walk outside and look up at the sky while it is throttling.
Ok, first you need to tell us what is in track one. You say DI ... from where?
Given that the DI (track one) is an unaffected guitar signal and the Re-amped track presumably has gone through the Kemper with a profile (the point of re-amping), wouldn't you expect them to sound different?
If your power amp/powered speaker has a link, send your outputs to that and then link to the FOH.
My setup is a hybrid: Powered Head. Monitor (pwr amp) out set Master L then out to Cab (Cab sim off)
Main outputs set to Master Stereo (there is no Master R)
R (XLR) to my monitor wedge with a link which goes to FOH R
L (XLR) to FOH L
That way FOH gets Stereo
and so do I
Sorted
I remember doing my first one ... a Fender DeLuxe Hotrod on a 2/3rds blues setting. The racket had my wife running upstairs to see what the hell was going on while I was stood with my back to the studio door trying to keep the monster at bay!
As benvigil says, thats the way you do it!
Why not book a rehearsal room for a couple of hours and do the profiling there?
Volume pedal? IGMC
