Thank you Ruefus ! So what's different between the gcx and the hex that makes one compatible with the Kemper?

One of the bands I'm currently in, is going to replace a guitar and bass with just one guitar (me). I found a few things online saying that voodoo labs GCX only works with there midi foot switch. Honestly I don't need that many loops. Essentially what I need is to be able to mute the bass and second guitar signals going to whatever amps I'm using. Just want to avoid as little tap dancing as possible and to continue to use the Kemper remote i have and thoroughly enjoy. Any ideas are welcomed, thank you!
