Perhaps something like TAF's Evil Robot profiles might work, plus slapback, sure. You've got good guitars to start with. Good luck.

been planning to buy the Tweed Pack. I may put it off and go colonial instead!!

thank you for the vintage stuff. I will try them soon.

...or with just the delay that is already in the Kemper! (couldnt resist!)
I knew somebody would go for it!! Cheers.

there where times when you needed a huge rack of effects to get going and times when the keys won over and the guitarplayer filled in the gaps, and times when guitar heroes ruled. We move in circles, and there are moments when the music we love and play (better or worse) is the go-to thing and others in which we are frustrated by the music industry. The point is that a guitar and an amp (real or digital) can be enough to make music and have fun. SRV was revealed to us thru a Bowie record at a time of keys-dominated pop. He didn't need a huge rack, did he? So pick up your guitar, plug into the Kemper, and go for it, man. Without delay, cause time is short!

check also the JTM from Pack 8 for great Marshall tone from a 1 watt amp!! And check the WEM from Pack 10 for great cleans. You don't have to play Pink Floyd to enjoy the WEM. I am also taking profit of the sale to fill in the gaps!! Thanks Andy.

Any amp in the Finale Pack will make you happy. Search for grand finale and go to the thread. You'll see lots of comments and even some demo recordings.

Demo sounds killer Jimi!
it sure does.

many amps. It all depends on your guitars. I find P90s a bit harder to please. Strats like TAF very easily. Humbuckers a tad less, but Andy sometimes provides Strat and LP versions besides the raw profiles. For instance with the Fender Tonemaster which is a good option too.

the jtm 45, the fernder twin, and the Tone King from finale pack will suit you. The Dr Z Carmen Ghia is great too. Supro and Selmer for vintage rock or blues rock sounds.

the Evil Robot and the Jubilee in the Finale Pack are two of my favorites, but all the profiles in the Pack are very good. The Victory Pack is also interesting. I've bought quite a few profiles, cause the sale is very tempting! Thanks, Andy.

Nothing wrong with some retro!

Richie don't dig purple haze, ha?

Thanks vanhalen

And how many profiles are there in the Pack? How many per amp (clean, crunch, lead or whatever)??

Well, if the rumours are to be believed, there is going to be quite a few new delay algorithms. As the delays are now not exclusive to the Delay slot and have made their way into the multi FX menu, I'm wondering if the delay (no pun intended...) is due to them having to rework the FX menu system...? I've seen many users requesting an overhaul of the menu as it is already (and I agree), as all the wheeling backwards and forwards is probably the least user friendly part of the KPA OS. Just a thought, but something like that might take a good while to program alongside all the bug squashing that was necessary afyer the introduction of morphing. Excuse me if I'm wide of the mark, Kemper folks!
probably right
You experienced guys know better. Let's wait and enjoy what we've got. -
Meantime we are all using whatever spring reverb or delay rack, pedal or software we've got, but I guess we all agree we chose the Kemper for other reasons, otherwise we would be using axefxs

Hi, Ace....Rob, of course. I don't know much about Kiss, but I figure you'll be looking for Marshall (?) sounds. There's plenty to spend hours with, both in the exchange or commercial (TAF, Top Jimi, Britt, Guido etc). Enjoy!!

Thanks a lot. Will try.
