MIDI commands that are present at the MIDI input will be forwarded from the MIDI thru port and not the MIDI out port.
This also applies to the USB MIDI messages being sent??
No, i have Program changes that i sent out via Physical midi cable before, but now i use the USB Midi with the new OS. I am wondering if i can route something from the daw to the Midi out port in the back of the Kemper to send stuff to another thing.
Hello, i wanna know if you can route something to the physical MIDI Out port in the Kemper Head using USB MIDI. I want to send program changes for the performances but use a separate midi device sending though my Kemper.
If I recall correctly Kemper's early (preproduction?) OS was tested on Virus hardware. The two may be more compatible than one might think.
hope to hear from mr CK soon, i got two kempers and two Viruses TI that ill love to take to the new Mac OS aswell
??? ask this on a virus forum do you think kemper and virus run on the same os
This is OTHER GEAR and Virus and Kemper are made by the same guy, its logical that i will ask this here.
With the new addition to Kemper being able to use them as USB Interface, will CK update the virus to be compatible with new OS? I have two viruses and it will make the difference if it happens!
Sooooooo?
Why is there any doubt the Head is being controlled wirelessly?
The newest heads can be SPDIF master and slave, maybe they put a Bluetooth or wifi connector in there or other things to be implemented?
So Kemper is damned if they do, damned if they dont.
Will this work for feedback and it will sound in the analog outputs ti be sent to FOH?
Sorry but will these work to have a Feedback monitor? I want to be able to have feedback in my solos in stage but with inears i cant. That is the last thing im missing! Love my Unpowered white toaster as nothing in my life
No hiss here, Dimarzios and Railhammers tried, sound amazing and versatile. Parallel Path is a blessing but i don't have material that can benefit from that, amazing nonetheless.
What can IR benefit this? Tried with some natural reverb and already does the trick.
Have anyone tried the other options, SPDIF slave gets crackle into the interface. Ensemble set to internal, Kemper to Auto
This is a major update!!!
I can "fake double" with Delay Widener or Stereo Widener? I Only hear it more accentuated in the Right side of the headphones in pan.
Mmm i was exited and now i'm anxious
Just checked and got no luck, whats happening?
I don't have your DAW software, but, are you using MIDI values that change over time, or discrete value changes?
Another option could be to have three Pitch rigs (not Pedal Pitch Rigs) in a Performance, and use MIDI PC messages to switch from the +1 Rig to the -1 Rig to the 0 Rig. Doing that would give you discrete pitch changes without slides.
they are 16th sequence PC, i believe kemper will crash, i had crashes witch very short timed pc changes before
I'm doing a cover for Map of the Problematique by Muse, it has a pattern that goes Octave +1 then Octave -1 then 0.
I'm sequencing on Logic Pro X, but the changes between 127 and 0 values and then 64 makes it sound like it "bends" not like steps. As in sound like its a sine wave modulating and i want a square.
I tried using the new sequencer but it does the same, is there anyway i can automate the Pedal Pitch? Im using it Heel -12, Toe 12.
In Guitar Rig the Analog Squencer has a Slide option that makes the movement more square.
I attatched the midi
rafaeldamage just use whammy exp pedal and do not activate Pedal to MIDI function.
i need to control whammy deom stage because my kemper will be behind monitor console, so the only thing in stage is my remote via ethernet.
LETS TRY!
