Actually, i have the pedal connected to the kemper remote via TS (jack mono from another pedalboard) wire, from pedal output 2 to remote input 6. I have follow whole steps from the videos but it does not work for me. I only have been able to configure the Pedal 6 in, as Switch mode and turn on/off the stomp effect (stomp D/wah effect in this case), but can not control the effect with the expression pedal.
I think that the problem is in the 'calibration' option. If i press the soft button or move up and down the expression pedal it does not do anything. If i press the switch on the pedal the progress bar from 'calibration', start loading very slow without touching the pedal.

Expression Pedals always need 3 Wire for the Poti inside. So as the secound video says Pedal out is output 1 for that you need a TRS (stereo Jack) Output 2 is the Switch out, this can be use to switch on / off a function. So if you like like both you have to connect both cables.
Leider hat der Kemper soweit ich weiß keinen Limiter in der Signalkette zum Kopfhörerausgang. Das ist für mich ein "No-Go" für Live-Situationen.
Ich hatte das glaube ich sogar irgendwann mal als "Feature Request" angefragt. Möglicherweise - ich kenne mich hier nicht aus - lässt sich da rein softwaretechnisch was machen? Schade, dass das Ganze irgendwie eingeschlafen ist.
Der Limiter gehört in den Kopfhörerverstärker oder in den IEM-Funkempfänger (so bei mir). Immer in das letzte Device bevor es zum Ohr geht. Der Kemper Headphone ist für Headphones ausgelegt und nicht für Earplugs.
Ich würde live nie auf die Idee kommen direkt von irgendeiner Quelle (ob Kemper oder Monitormix) direkt aufs Ohr zu gehen.
Der finale Lautstärke Regler und somit auch der Limiter MUSS immer am Mann/Frau sein. Ich benutze da entweder ein Sennheiser IEM oder einen Fisher Amp. Es gibt da aber auch günstige vom Behringer oder LD Systems die haben wir auch in der Band und die sind gut.

With the transition to digital technology there‘s a whole lot of things which can be added by software which give value to the user. For example a metronome(-stomp).
This is the big advantage. I personally do not use some stomps (e.g. whammy, transpose, most delays, ...) but I am glad that they are available when I need them.
The KPA is a flexible tool and a metronome is crucial for practising timing and rhythm.
Your point of view is very like a hobbyist. Do you use your Profiler in a professional way?
Put as many functionality in the KPA as possible ... and then complain about system stability and performance. Each hardware has an amount of limited resources and each product is designed for a specific target group of users.
A metronome cost less then 100 Bugs, buy one and use it if needed. I bought my Kemper as Live Performance and Studio Amp-Replacement and definitely not as training device. I'm always using click tracks with in ear monitoring live and in studio, and if I need a Metronom Click i can always Mix in a Metronom or a Drumloop from the DAW or anything else.
No comparison as your Marshall & Mesa have tubes and no LCD screen.
We NEED a metronome and as someone above said, the KPA has timing ability already with BPM etc etc.. so on face value all that's required is an audio output attached to the internal clock with a few user adjustable filters added.
Bad timing is the number one problem individuals and bands suffer and always have.
A metronome is a 100% positive to all.

It's not about what you need, it's about what the Kemper is. I didn't see this on any of the competitors products.
Hey KPA has a USB slot why we can't use MP3 files for backing Tracks?
Im Grunde geht es noch komfortabler, denn man kann das FOH-Signal in den Kemper selbst einspeisen. Im Output Menü kann man dann regeln wie viel vom FOH-Signal an den Headphone Out des Kemper gegeben wird. Der Kemper selbst wird dadurch sozusagen zum Mischpult für das FOH- und das Gitarrensignal. Voraussetzung dafür ist natürlich, dass man für die IEM den Headphone Out des Kemper benutzt. Dass dieser den Sound verfälscht, halte ich für einen Irrglauben. Im Gegenteil, der Headphone Out des Kemper wird für seine Qualität total gelobt.
Der Headphone Ausgang am Kemper hat nur einen keinen Nachteil. Er hat kein eigenen EQ, sondern hängt mit am Main EQ. Daher entweder hat die Band einen Monitor Mix system so wie drduesenberg oben beschrieben hat, oder man man kauft sich für kleines Geld einen Kleinmixer mit Kopfhörer output.

probier verschiedene Mikrofone(falls vorhanden) mit verschiedenen Mikrofonpositionen und eine DI Box wäre empfehlenswert

Hallo Wogo, da bin ich wohl falsch verstanden worden. Ich möchte ein Impuls Response File des Cabinets erzeugen, kein Studio, Direct oder Merged Profile. Ein IR File kann ich auch in meine DAW oder sonst wo importieren , nicht nur in den Kemper.
Früher gab es noch das Impuls Response Utility von Apple, was aber mittlerweile nur noch in Logic Pro X enthalten ist. Ich habe mir auch FuzzMeasure von RodeTest angeschaut, was ziemlich überdimensioniert ist.
