Hi there,

Today I received my Profiler Stage, but I get immediately dispappointed, because it does not work. After(?) booting it just displays "Kemper Profiler", nothing more. It seems that the booting process is not really completed. Using my guitar and a headphones let me hear a guitar sound. BUT: none of the switches (foot, finger) on the board is reacting, the display does not show anything than the "Kemper Profiler". Should I do an update of the software? The installed RigManager does not suggest it, as the manual says.
