Almost 100% sure that Kone is supplied without screws. It is probably expected that you use screws from the original speaker. That what I did. Hope this helped!

... I personally do not understand why the Kone is so popular, maybe because it has the Kemper logo on it. The F12-200X is the way to go...but to each his own.
Maybe you didn't use it correctly or didn't understand the imprints concept? I am personaly excited with Kone, I never had such great sound before. I am using both modes (full range & imprints)!

Please contact Kemper support with your request re factory reset. They will send you precise procedure how to do it. What is written above in this thread is just cleaning procedure not deep factory reset. I know the correct procedure which is slightly different for Stage and rest of product portfolio but I think support guys want to have control about this so I am not going to disclose it.
see above

Hi
What surprises me is that the hardware buttons on the new Stage that I bought in august 2020 is labeled MOD, DLY, REV even when they are not fixed slots. I know this so for me its not aproblem but still perhaps a Quirk
Because POSITION of these slots have some special meaning/handling/implication - see Main Manual 7.5, chapter Output Section, page 105.

Frodebro ... I admire your patience. I really mean it!

Put all downloaded profiles into local library in Rig Manager. Than copy to the Profiler only those you want to work with.

I'm afraid this guy is completely unteachable.
Agree! From now on I will stop responding to Mr. Wisiwyg posts because it is completely useless.

Your problem is, that you are not able to fully understand written text and probably because of that you are not reading manual at all. Your fault. All pictures you have posted confirm only what is written in the manual, so it is intended and expected behaviour. So the only advice for you is really RTFM before posting.
... Of ourse it is frowned upon to criticize the Rig Manager but after all I paid for this technology.
and btw you didn't pay for RM. You have paid for the profiler hw + OS! RM is free sw which you can use or not. Profiler can be completely operated without RM. Of course Windows editing might be very usefull in some situtaion and of course there are some bugs (as in every sw) but again it is FREE addendum.

Closing thread could help, but best would be if all of us will not respond to "Mr. Visiwig" posts at all! I know it is very hard but let's try it!

Perhaps I should forget 40 years in WYSIWYG windows programming ?
With such a "great" expertise you should write sw for your own modeling/profiling equipment, beat all competition and earn a lot of money. In fact I wonder why you didn't do it yet instead of wasting your time with Kemper fan club.

... and midi over usb is much "younger" technology than original 5 pin midi cables. So the compatibility is much wider with 5 pin cables. But the midi/usb convertor could very likely solve this "problem" but I did't try it on Kemper so not 100% sure.

vjelen>>> No. Because it’s probably nothing I will ever find useful in my life. I only sit at home and record, so I’m not gonna find that chapter especially necessary for my usage.
In your 1st post you wanted to know how to connect to the Kemper via midi. You can find this info in the Main Manual. But if you don't want to read few pages and rather spent more time with posting questions to this forum than go on.
-
... maybe it’s just the Kemper that cannot recieve midi data. But if the Kemper can be used with a floorboard then why can’t it be used through midi?
MIDI chapter in Main Manual 7.5 starts at page 267. So maybe good idea is to read it 1st.

Each profile is snapshot itself!

Kemper - SD Powerstage ... Instrument cable
SD Powerstage - Kabinet (Kone) ... Speaker cable!

There is video tutorial in support section on the web. Check it.

Yes, SD Powerstage 170 is very good option.

I have tried to run my (non powered) Kemper through a cab. I have just ordered an official Kemper cab but I realise this still won’t work. What do I need to do to ensure that I can get my Kemper working and that I can run it through a cab. I am quite new to the amp modelling world. So I’d really appreciate some help.
In fact you have aswered your question by yourself. Since you have non powered Kemper you need power amp . There are many threads in this forum on the subject "best power amp for Kemper". But definitely don't forgett to read "Main manual 7.5" that is available in the download section on the web. You will find answers for majority of your current & future questions there. Good luck!

I wish you good luck!
