Hey, sorry for the late reply. I haven't been back here in a while as things have been chaotic lately. In the end, I had to have my Kemper replaced w/ a differnet model. They were unfortunatley unable to fix the issue. It sounds better now but I still have to EQ out some low end, but nothing like the previous model I had. I'm much happier w/ it now and am starting to use it for gigs (first time will be this next Monday, actually).
