Andrew, great to see you hear. I used to watch your YouTube videos. Amazing you and I both had very similar rigs consisting of a Mesa/Boogie Road King 2 and a Port City Wave Cabinet (although I have the 2X12 OS version). What I really found cool was that we dialed our amps in pretty exactly the same (Treb, Mid, Bass, Gain, etc); but you always used WAY more effects than me (I only use delay). Such a great amp. I’m only just now about to try to switch over to the Kemper, I’m a complete newb as far as the digital profiling thing goes. Hopefully it’s easy to get a profile of the RK2. I typically mic with a Sennheiser 609 or Shure 57. If I had a Royer 121 I’d use that but I don’t. Do you have recommendations? You don’t happen to know where to get a profile of the Mesa Road King eq’d the way we do? Anyway, again, great to see you here.
