I've noticed my clean sound pops on certain profiles.
It happens when I pick hard and fast.
Could it just be clipping and has anyone else had this?
It still does it after firmware updates.

Some rigs may have been profiled with lower output guitars than others. Do you see Red on the input?
Do you have your input settings locked? If not, some rigs may have different Clean Sense than others.
Ah all really good points.. I'll check these out.
I'm pretty sure the output is showing red when it pops.
Thanks for your help
could also be that you're not synced to your audio interface (if using spdif).
When I first got my KPA I didn't realise clean sense could be either global (locked) or per rig which at first caused me to have a few issues with the input LED going red
I had a quick look un plugged and the input senses are locked.
I just need to check if the input is showing red. I'm pretty sure the output does though.
The other thing I noticed when looking was something with my output volumes.
I have my Monitor and main out volumes linked. When I turn the master up and down the Main and Monitor volumes follow each other and remain on the same levels. But when I turn the master all the way down and back up again, the main and monitor volumes are different slightly.
The more I repeat this, the further one volume gets from the other.
I'm not plugged into an Audio Interface just headphones or a cab etc.
.
This is because they are linked. You can unlink them in the Output menu.
About the pops... When I strum or hit hard, I happen to sometimes push the string(s) against the PUs' poles, causing a distinct stock. Might this be your case?
Hey, could you give examples of rigs which present these symptoms?
It was the clean sense that needed turning down.
I've turned it down and it doesn't do it at all now.
Thanks for all your help.
