Just getting started. I have windows 7 professional, and I've downloaded rig manager but cannot open file, can someone give me a list of what order to download all updates, and what size flash drives to use, I am better at guitar than computer haha

If the Rig Manager download is a zip file, right click on the file, and select "extract" to expand the zip file into a folder. Then, you can open the install file from within the created folder.
What version of the OS is in your KPA now? You can see this at start up, or on the last page of the System menu.

not the Mac File -
