Hi all,
Big problem since weeks! I recorded some D.I. tracks with the Kemper using my Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 (44.1kHz) with the front input (not SPDIF). When I try to reamp it with the Reamp Input, I must set the dist sens on 12 or so in order to have a tone like I recorded with (if I keep it on 0, the reamped signal is floppy). Furthermore, with the dist sens at 12, I have a GIGANTIC breath so it's not an option for me!
Apparently, there's no problem like that with SPDIF so I want to try to reamp it through SPDIF (maybe it's not possible when I already recorded with front input?). I hooked up the SPDIF I/O between the Kemper and the Focusrite. I have my dry signal and my wet signal when I try to record through SPDIF BUT I can't reamp my dry signal from the Focusrite to the Kemper (I set the mixcontrol, 44,1kHz, SPDIF..., my in and out on my DAW (ProTools), input source (SPDIF reamp) and output source (Git/Stack) on the Kemper but nothing...). In fact, I think something get out of the Focusrite cause my monitors turns on when I try to reamp (they stay off when I do nothing) but no sound except some "clicks".
Any idea?
Thanks a lot,
