I really enjoy the pack (and the writing for the demo aswell, thanks for letting me demo those beasts!). Perfect amp for metal in my opinion. Just really angry, aggressive and straight forward.

Wow never thought sirius would release a 6505 pack! Thanks a lot man. Very, very keen to try these!
-
Oh nice! Not many profiles of this beast out there. Thanks heaps, can't wait to give them a proper try!
-
Been playing the hell out of the new 5150 pack. Definitly up there with my favourite packs overall. That growl and bite just work so well with metal it's insane!
-
I was just looking through the RE in hope of finding those profiles again but somehow they vanished. Does anyone still have them laying around anywhere and would be kind enough to hook me up?
-
This is some great stuff. You must have had an amazing time, these guys can play incredibly well! Shame you weren't alone there for a minute

This thread's awesome. I was looking for some new profiles and found your list, ended up buying the Black Stymphalian Mark IV pack last night and it's insane!
Made a demo video if you guys want to check it out - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMR8HmAbEjA
Fantastic video! Glad you found the list helpful!

My new 6-string guitar comes with a d-activator, very keen to hear how it sounds in comparison!

The general question though has to be if there even IS a legal problem?
You're not selling chinese fake peavy amps with the original logo on it but youre simply selling... well what exactly? Isn't this rather like selling used amps or something in that direction?
-
The idea of having a unified thesaurus of sorts for amp/profile names is a good one. Maybe have it on the wikpa.org page.
This is a solid idea. And should actually be fairly easy to make it so obvious that everyone gets it.
For example:Peavy 5150 = PV 5051
Peavy 6505+= PV +0565
Mesa DR = MSA DR
Fender = FNDR
Vox = VXetc. etc. This should take care of the name problem without making it too obscure
The other solution obviously would be to just give the profiles certain names (e.g. - the lasse lammert profile pack). Since I think everyone uses the rig manager at this point you can simply add the actual amp name in the profiles description. That way if you need a specific amp you can just look for it in the rig manager instead of your kemper.
-
I know at least 2 more persons besides me who would gladly pay for some solid packs!
-
That is actually fantastic advice and the longer I have my kemper the more I tend to focus on playing and actual tone rather than going through the 5000 profiles. Every couple of weeks it's fun to spend a whole day checking out new profiles and adding some to my favourites but that is enough.
-
Wow that is harsh. Good to know though
-
I really enjoy the pack. A lot more than I initially expected to. The distorted profiles have a certain clairity to it that works incredibly well for all things fast and techy.
-
yeah nope, can't hear the difference. But then again I'm not a pro.
-
-
Can I just add that I'm still not over the 6505 MH pack? That pack. So much heaviness. Bring on the OS pack
-
Whuuw, finally. Can't wait to try these!
-
The devilment tone is a beast. Stoked to see some live recordings of that show!
-
I'd go for Lasse Lammerts Juicy Chunks. That profile is a beast.
