The parameter could simply be added to the various amp, cab, stomp and mod editing menus. No need for slot wastage, IMHO.
This is what I was suggesting earlier.
CN7, I'm not sure it was resistance; CK simply needed to be convinced, and once he saw the "wisdom" of including the HPF/LPFs, he promised them right away. There hasn't been an OS update since then, so I'd expect that they'll be in the next one.

I really need a software program to edit bank orders, as well as other parameters when my kempers are in transit between shows. Is a software editor likely to appear soon?

I usually use my ear to adjust the sound of an EQ.
I took your clip and matched the sound of the HPF in a minute with the Low Shelf set to about 70 Hz.
No significant difference.
Yours was set too high (very obvious). I have mentioned that it will not be at the same value as a HPF.
But I am learning that mixing and adjusting by ear seems to be an oldschool approach, seen by your results and the multiple "+1".
Therefor I will implement a LPF and HPF into the Studio EQ.

Display MoreI'm sure that even if or when there will be a new kemper sometime several years from now with some new features it will still be back compatible and can play the exact same sounds from the profiles we users have created today. They designed their Access Virus series with longevity in mind. The first generation of the virus sythesizer is from 1997. Even the old models still get firmware updates and can be serviced. I don't know another product in this category that is so future proof. That is a big difference compared to Line6, Axe fx, Boss gear etc that drop the support for older products when a new model is released. Fractal releases new Axe fx products every 2-3 years dropping support for older gear. I also really like that the Kemper sound doesn't change after firmware updates like the Axe fx 2 that I have to spend time re-tweaking, not having a consistent tone each fw.
