The UR22 is an audio interface, so there's no need for an additional audio card.
One day he'll need to record a voice or other instruments than Kemper right? So a good pre amp an audio card will be usefull for a pro result. But if its a hobby then of course Ur22 and cubase and USB thats ok
Just experiment with it ,test it, just for fun on a sound that is not intended to your ''serious'' session or live act or whatever... just roll those adjustment buttons, try all the delays and you will find answers... in fact if the delay is too long just cut it out... I mean its not rocket science... besides that you can have a lot of different delays mixed with reverb etc... experiment with some rig call DELAY TEST ... you can also read the manual but many of us dont do that LOL
Nobody is in prison for that ...lol

Yes there is coz he use USB and that sounds bad usually . Anyway the problem is not the UR22 as he was suspecting that the problem was the UR22 he was picking the wrong way to find a solution. So the next thing in the chain to check is the USB even if you disagree
Is this the "Powered" one ?
Yes pretty heavy
Man, you got me good!
LOL I know you'd be suprised
Here is a picture I sell it coz I play fingerstyle mostly
USB? no audio cards?
I think you should get a good audio card first of all you know... And its not a question of using Spdf or not. Your problem is the lack of a decent audio card My humble opinion...
Mint condition, I used it only 3 months, will give you a good price and fast shipping
Display More...so...
Ask this again, but with what your specific concerns are. Otherwise some of us might be worried that you don't know what kind of sunscreen the kemper likes.
Are you worried about rain?
Heat?
Wind?
Theft?
There are individual solutions for all of these things.
So- what are your concerns?
ALL
I'm currently using this interface and it sounds horrible. Low, muffled and icepick highs but the headphone out from the Kemper is fine. I'm using a ts cable from the main out into the first input on the ur22mkii. Has anyone gotten a decent headphone sound out of this unit?
Is this a limitation of the headphone amp on the interface and should I look at a new one or would an xlr cable improve the sound? This interface does not have spdif.
I had this unit UR22 for a while...Sounded very good But I think you got the wrong culprit... Give us all the chain.... KEMPER -- TO UR22-- then what soundcard? and what amp ? and what speaker?....
If you got shitty speaker for instance dont wonder why it sounds like sh-t and good in headphone
Got a proposition for summer shows, here and there but always OUTSIDE
Could it harm the Kemper???
Anyone here with some experience in the matter ???
Thanks for your help guys... my decision depends a lot on what you will tell me THANKS !!!!
Agree that a wider sweep is better for pitch and volume ( I use a Moog EP3 - cheaper I think that the Dunlop).
Moog EP3 yes its true its cheaper maybe I'll go for 2 EP3 I just need to check a bit more. Thanks a lot
THATS A GOOD QUESTION
I adjust that all the time when I fine tune my rigs
I mean every day... and there is always one that JUMP in my face
So I wont live that situation
I realise that the day I received the Kemper
It must be done before a practice and saved !!!
Yup, and play with the DSP switch on the back as well.
DXR10 Yamaha $759
Maybe I am too ambitious or fussy... the one I want cost twice that price . Maybe I'd be happy with a DXR10
Boos EV 30 one pedal with 2 outputs independant for expression...
well it is hard to decide
Good advice. Ultimately, what comes out of the speaker is all that matters.
Of course, this assumes that the cab on stage is what the audience hears. If you're running the mains through FOH, that'll be the audience experience, but of course it still matters what you hear when you're playing.
I prefer IEMs, so I can use a normal guitar cab just to feel the thump and get some guitar interaction, but if you're not running on ears then it's still critical to have a cab that reproduces the sounds you worked so hard to create. If I'm in a situation where the speaker is what I'm hearing live, I'll definitely reach for a quality FRFR.
What comes out of the speaker depends on the monitoring system you got I want a cab to practice and fine tune my sound then on stage I want to mix MYSELF the amount of guit I hear VS the other musicien and what I send in front speaker will be the same sound I tested with my cab . In ears is not for me . But each musicien is different right?
