I've just noticed that when my guitar is turned right down or I'm in tuner mode (muted) the input light is RED. When I play it goes to green then back to red when the signal dies off. I'm sure it was green before am I going mental? lol. 
Isn't it supposed to be green then go to orange/red when clipping?
I don't think so... when I turn the volume down the light just doesn't light up... do you have any noise coming out of the kemper? I guess not?
Try a system reset to see if that fixes it!
I recommend to contact support on that issue. The LED should darken whith no input signal present.
I have this issue on some of my (gainy) rigs too. I'm not sure what causes this, but I lowered the clean sense and it's gone.
Its there on all my patches when I have my guitar turned off or I'm in the tuner mode. Went back to FW 2.0 and it's still there. I'm just worried i'm gonna blow the input or something. I've contacted support but still no reply from them yet

Just thought I'd update my situation incase anybody has this problem in the future:
I updated to latest firmware today 2.1.1 from 2.1.0 and the input light was still red when guitar off. I was having some other issues which I won't go into here so I done a system reset...still red. So I went back to 2.1.0 (to sort out other issue) and suddenly the input light has gone back to normal!?! For now at least! 
I have no idea what happened or if this is a hardware or software issue. Support recommended I sent the unit in to 'repair' but I simply cannot be without it. I really hope my unit is not going bad. A lot of things seemed to of happened in the last month. Input light problem, LED's going out and suspected volume drops.
Anymore problems with this issue i'll update for future reference/archive.
