Four tests with a Korg monotron through my KPA

Did some tests/recordings with a little hand synth : monotron duo, it sounds really great on the Kemper , fat , dark and very full thanks to the yummy analog components

The monotron is really a great little piece of gear , more interesting than the Kaosillator to me and also cheaper ( it only costs 35€ ) , at this it's a cool platform to mod.

On the KPA , you can really make it sound huge with the gain & impressive EQ ( I took the 1st rig under my amp, sounded fat and great instantly !) . I think I'll test some pads with the harmonizer now.

Regarding the new track it's really unpolished as you can hear , but once properly mixed , cut , edited & FXed it might be great ! Yeah I like funky riffs , whawha , strat and rotovibe a lot , can't make a recording without them

Yeah it's a bit minimalist but 4 tracks almost fill the full frequency range, that monotron sounds huge on the Kemper for such a small device
