You may want to switch cab profile off when using a traditional guitar cab. Nevertheless, depending on your cab the sound you get otherwise might please you, so it's worth trying

You didn't understand me...i am not talking about switching cab button off, i am talking about output settings ("Monitor on master mono which it is, check monitor cab off and power amp on." like friend deadpan said)...what output settings have to do when your kemper is connected with a guitar cab with speaker output? Does monitor out and monitor cab off settings from output settings affect speaker output?

Speaker out is the same signal as monitor out (though the speaker out is powered) so the same would apply.

Οh ok, now i got it! So when you have monitor cab off from output settings you should disable cab from button in front panel too or you can leave it enabled?

For recording make sure the cab is not switched off.
NEVER switch off the cab button in the stack section!!!!
It is not only needed for making the Main Outs sound good but will also provide crucial information that makes the Cab driver function sound good which is engaged when you activate the Monitor Cab off function in the Outputmenu.
The combi of Cab on in the stack section and Monitor Cab off in the output section will ensure that you have a proper guitar sound on the Main outs and the Monitor/Speaker out so you can use a cabinet on stage and send a speakersimulated signal to the front of house at the same time.

I've got the sound through my 2x12 working correctly and it sounds great. My question is about which of the outputs to connect to my audio interface input for recording, when not using the 2x12 at all- Direct Output, Monitor Output or Main Output? And then- what setting should be selected on page 1 of the Output Menu for the relevant Output?
If your interface has SPDIF INPUTS I'd use the profiler's digital outputs as well.
If you record analog I'd take Main Output, (make sure cab is ON not OFF), but you could also choose Monitor Output (the same applies). Make sure you choose STACK as you don't want to print any delay/reverb.
If you wish to do reamping you need to choose Drect Output of course.
