Hi,
i´m using the kemper 19" Amp without PowerAmp, last firmware, Expression Pedal for Volume and Double-Switch for stomps.
I was happy to find this Amp, after uising Line6, Fractal and any other Modelling-Tools. Most of the modelled Amps i have used in my lusician-life and so i can say, that the KPA is the only one, what give us the real feeling of playing the amps.
Now the Reverb and Delay doesn´t work 
. Is their any function, that i didn´t found?

Hi Bernd and welcome,
please check the Output Source settings for the output you are using in Output menu. Set it to Master Mono or Stereo, deending on th ephysical output you use.

What is reverb mix and delay mix set to?
In this case, as a proper diagnosis becomes difficult this way, open a support ticket and send a backup file.
Yes, I set it to Mono and the button is lit, but the effekt can´t be heared.

I´m using the Monitor Output, get in a Marshall 20/20 Tube-Poweramp and Guitar Cabinet.

Then, if you can't hear it on any presets - and with midi controller disconnected, I'd open a support ticket.
Is it the same through headphones?
have you tried to do a system reset?
Hold down the system button while you power up the profiler until you see the message "Initializing global settings" in the display. Then let go off the System button and let the boot up finish.
I'd o a system reset only by advice of support.

Have a look at the ducking parameter in reverb and delay and set it to <0.0>
With some ducking settings these effects are not noticable that easy. And there is a difference between - or +0.0 and <0.0>! Make sure that you dial in <0.0>!
Guess you never checked the Monitor output source.
