Here are two "Hey Joe" profiles for guitar and bass

I posted a cover of "Hey Joe" in the "Link Your Music" forum.

For all the guitars, I ended up using my tweaks of a Kemper factory rig that had been previously tweaked by Doux (before I modified it, it was called "Hendrix Blues Blackf" on the Rig Exchange).

This rig is perfect. period. thanks a lot and check this out if you want to.

did you put a lot of tweaking work in it? it is kind of ironic that a fender sounds so much like hendrix

I'm glad you like it!

The credit for this rig should almost entirely go to Doux's "Hendrix Blues Blackface" tweak of the below Kemper rig -

Compared to his tweak, I did almost nothing::

Turned off the Mod Effect (I would have left it on for other songs.)
Less gain
less midrange
Adjusted the reverb to sound more like this particular song.

Compared to the original "Blackface Bass Dimed" to end up with this rig:
A little less gain
more bass, treble, presence
A little less Definition
a little more pick attack
Small Room Reverb instead of Big Room

I'm not surprised by it being a Fender. He may have used Fender amps to record a lot of things, especially early on, when the Studio guys would have insisted on lower volume. This song didn't sound like 6550 power tubes tome, so I didn't use a Marshall profile.
