BUG: Deleting Rigs: stalls indefinitely.

After deleting rigs in the RM, the KPA has an incomplete progress bar that never moves. The only way to recover the KPA screen is to shut down the Rig Manager.
This happens approximately 33% of the time I try to delete rigs. This is more likely to occur when deleting large numbers of rigs at once.
