Knowing that Venice is sinking and even the reason why doesn't mean there's a quick solution. Same with bugs.
Give them time, it's only been a week. There really is no way of knowing how difficult any bug is to fix (no matter how trivial or simple it may seem as a user) unless you're the one doing it and even if it's already fixed it requires beta testing which takes time.
