I've read through a bunch of threads dealing with the volume scaling issue. I have had a volume issue ever since I received my kemper almost a year ago. Here's the breakdown:
Problem:
1) Master volume does not work (happens occasionally)
2) Master volume indicator will flicker back and forth when turning the master vol. knob - and will continue to flicker when I stop turning the knob.
Good to know:
1) It has happened on several occasion - it appears to me, that it happens more often when in the rehearsal room.
2) It happens at random when I turn the master vol. knob.
3) My sounds/profiles sound well enough - no added distortion or anything to indicate a broken unit.
4) The problem occurs both with poweramp on or off
5) I have updated the kemper regularly - the problem has persisted through all the firmware versions.
6) Watch the video for visual representation - it'll show what happens =)
Anyone have any good ideas? I realize that I may have to get in contact with my supplier and have them send it to kemper... and yeah, well, that will leave me ampless for weeks (the horror.... the horror)
