Is there a way to set the Octave / Pitch Shifter effect so that it only affects the two bottom strings? I know this can be done with a Boss OC-3 because you can set a "cut frequency".
I need this to get some bass notes from my lower two strings while comping on the higher strings which should stay unaffected by the Octave / PS effect.
Low Octave for 2 bottom strings only

I cannot imagine a way to do this but it would be very cool.
Would make a great feature request. -
With a monophonic input you can decide to assign some frequencies to a certain effect, certainly not strings.
How would the device tell a D taken on the 5Th string from an open 4Th string?
Also, if you took an A on the 5Th string @ 24Th fret it would be the same note as the 5Th fret played on the 1St string! -
Posted as a feature request including a video that shows how it's done on the Boss OC-3
Here: Cut Frequency for Octaver / Pitch Shifter
Maybe, if you all post in that thread saying how important that function is, it will be implemented really quickly

Saw just the thing for you ....it's called the little thunder pickup ...retrofit humbucker ...with an extra pup for the E&A strings ...

Good idea, but I see a few downsides. In my case the main reason why I posted here is because I want to use the effect on my acoustic guitar (justing using the fx on the Kemper, not the stack).

the only thing I know that is able to have you guitar sound with a tuning and then turn a knob having it play with a different tuning is this (go at minute 4:19):

I think your easiest option is to just get an OC-3 and put it in the loop.

That is the quickest, and 100% most sure way to get the sound of that pedal
