My Kemper refuse to install os 2.5.0

HI, I'm Bernard from Nice and I have problem with installing new OS 2.5.0
allways failed !
I'd first installing 2.4.0 beta then this morning I try 2.5.0...failed. So I try with OS 1.8.2...that's Ok !!!! But impossible to install the new one 2.5.0.
someone could help me ?

Have you tried just downloading it again? Maybe something went wrong with the file?

I'd try another usb stick too, even if this one works with 1.8.2

When you say failed, do you mean it doesn't give you the option? In this case, follow the advice of copying over the firmware, which might be corrupt. Also try unplugging and replugging the USB stick after a few seconds gap. If this doesn't work, try another USB stick as a last resort.

Try to re- download the FW and I also second trying another USB stick.
