Lost folders

    I had lots of rigs sorted into folders in rig manager , Bass, lead sounds, acoustic , amp makers etc but after updating and installing new rig manager software all my folders are missing help please I spent hours sorting all the rigs

    Just a clarification:


    You updated and you lost no rigs, but all folders - or only rigs in sub-folders?
    Or did you loose everything locally?


    BTW - you have to be more specific (OS Version, RM version old -> new, details on the process...).
    Really hard to guess what might happened with almost no info at all.

    you cannot loose anything by updating. the installer doesn't know of those folders and does not delete anything at all. it simply installs a new application and new driver/documentation if required.
