I have a non powered version of the Kemper and am considering using it in a live environment but wondered what you people recommend to power it with.
Thanks.

What kind of speaker cabinet will you be using?
A powered FRFR cabinet like the Yamaha DXR10 is around the same price as a power amp, and will give you the same kind of of sound you have been hearing with studio monitors.

If OP has a guitar cab already this is certainly not true.
Behringer EPQ900: £160 ish
Yamaha DXR10: £459 at least
Hey MentaL,
Are you looking for an internal amp or rather a rack unit? And do you own a lunchbox or a rack?
The rack is not retrofittable aftermarket, but the lunchbox can. I've just done it with mine. What are your needs?
Check out the Carvin DCM1540L... sounds great with my Kemper and 2x12. Great price and weighs only 14lbs.
Here is a pic:

Lovely looking setup but I use the non racked version as it's initially just for studio recording.
If you need the Profiler to work in studio you basically don't need any power amp. Again: what are your needs\expectations? We might help you more if you share your vision with us.
I've recently retrofitted my Toaster with a third-part poweramp, which might or not float your boat depending on what you want to achieve.
Just to use it in a live rehearsal situation.
What kind of cab(s) are you going to use for the purpose?
It can change depending on the location. In home I have a high end Hughes and Kettner Cab (VC412A25 i think) and in a practice situation out of home could be a 1960s Marshal.
Well, in your situation I'd go (and went) for a retrofitting poweramp. I like the Toaster form factor too much to want to carry another piece with me.
My current complete rig (cab included) is below 20 kg, and I can connect 1 or 2 cabs at will.
Interesting, where do I obtain these retro fit power amps from?
Apart from Kemper's own power amp that you can't buy aftermarket, there are KPA-Solutions and AmbrosiAmps selling them.
This is the one I have installed, the K-Power Amp by Andrea Ambrosi.
Specs have become better and better while the project was developing, be sure to read the last posts as well for the latest news.
I have an ISP Steath I bought for my Eleven rack that I'll be using for my Kemper toaster. Hoping it'll fit in the back cavity. If not theKemper is shallow enough for it to fit behind it and sit on top of the cab. It's quite loud through my Jet City 1x12 or Splawn 2x12's
