bypass at stop or stomp? Confused here lol
Bypass @ stop.
This activates Wah as soon as you start moving the pedal and switches off when you stop moving.

How so? I've only ever used wah pedals with a toe switch to turn off the wah. How does it turn off without stepping on a switch?
It's a Kemper setting. You can set the wah stomp so that it is activated automatically when you start moving the pedal, and deactivated when you stop moving (bypass @ stop). Alternatively, you can set it so that it is deactivated when you return the pedal to its toe or heel position. No pedal switch needed.
Interesting...kinda like the Vai morleys...now what type of cable does this need to use as a wah and volume pedal? I don't really need it for other effects.
And is it small? I have big feet and don't want to be stepping over the edge!
It has a very nice footprint. slightly smaller than a Crybaby.
You can see it in the Kemper NAMM vids on the right side of the Remote.
It uses one TRS cable.

I did see it which led me here! As far as cables, will normal 1/4" guitar cables/patch cables work for volume and wah? How many does it need?
It uses one TRS cable.
ok...so gotta factor that into the cost and since there's no remote yet, it'd need to be long enough to reach from the back of the kemper.
My answer ended up above your question:)
Yeah, a simple TRS cable will do.
Thanks guys...looks like Musicians Friend has the Dunlop in stock. I'll give it a shot!
Any of those will work. The ones with the metal jacks are more durable, and can be easily repaired (if you are comfortable with soldering).
I'm thinking I'll go with this one and maybe grab a short one for when the remote comes in. Maybe a 1.5 footer?

The DVP3 are excellent used them again this weekend and the feel great, I'd defo recommend these aswell @skyhighrocks
Hi guys, I've receive my stomp foot push button and install it in my old cry baby. I was afraid becaue "the soft touch" is in fact a push-button without "clic". but finally, it works very well. You have to setup correcly the height of the switch (with the two bolts) to activate the push button only when to press harder the rubber.
Just 2 soldered wires (to the other jack)

Nice job! Very clean wiring
Cheers,

Another question...if the wah turns off when you take your foot off the pedal, how does the volume work? Doesn't touching the pedal activate the wah? I don't want to be tap dancing...I want to set the tuner to come on when the volume pedal is all the way in heel position (volume off). Never used a wah without a switch so this is new to me.
IIRC you turn the wah off on the profiler the pedal then becomes a volume pedal. This is why I brought 2 DVP's I don't wanna be tap dancing either

OK so you actually need 2 of these pedals when one mission pedal will do what I want?
I brought 2 because I use whammy aswell. The less I have to think about while playing and singing the better
