Is this the correct way to contact support?

It's been 2 days and I also never got a response weeks ago about my remote order that was messed up. Am I doing something wrong?

Yeah that's the correct address.
Did you check spam filters already?
You could even phone them, don't be afraid they don't bite.
Yes I've checked spam. Call Germany? IS it toll free?

Hm I don't know if it's toll free, sorry.
I think they are all tired trying to get the KPR / Firmware / Rig Manager out to their users. I had just heard back from Kemper USA about sending in my KPA to get the LED's repaired last week. Sent them my serial # and shipping address back and haven't heard anything back yet. I'll give them a day or two more, then phone call for sure. Doesn't sound like they ship the boards anymore for DIY.
Ive called them a few times. It costs money but some times its easier and faster to do it that way
I'm not going to pay to call Germany. I would think, however, that they would get back to customers with issues a little quicker. I'm probably losing some money right now because I had to cancel some sessions because there seems to be a defect as far as I can tell with my Kemper. I already have an exchange set up but I wanted to see if Kemper could solve the issue first.

I completely understand how you feel. Can get very frustrating especially if you are losing money . Kinda rare that a company doesn't have toll free phone service these days, at least medium to large size companies. Hope you get it straightened out soon.

To be fair, they are based in Germany so I understand not having toll free service. I just wish the email support was quicker. I did get the automated ticket right away but I also got the ticket 2 weeks ago that still hasn't been replied to.
Here in the UK I typed in google cheap calls to Germany and it gave me a number to put infront of the Germany number and it cost me 1p per min, that's cheap enough for me to get the issue resolved and sorted. maybe try that over you way ?
It's funny that once I posted this thread about support, I got an email from them to send a backup. lol
I'm curious what they find.
Well so far they tried it with one of my high gain profiles active that has a lot of effects and said that's why it's adding more noise. I had already told them that the problem is happening with any profile...cleans, the kemper initialized rig, no effects or stomps on. I also noted I uploaded a video here on my other thread.
On the question of cheap calls, you can Skype to an international phone number at very little cost. Maybe the same with apple face to face?

forgot about that! Good call.
New update: I'm getting an exchange from Musicians Friend. Kemper asked for a backup and so far they haven't figured out the issue. I'm guessing it's hardware.

Good news, glad your getting things sorted
They couldn't duplicate my problem but asked me to profile a cable. Anyone know how to set this up to try? I was getting the issue before profiling...with mics removed.
Edit: I tried the cable profile and it was clean. Then I hooked up my amp again and it added hiss. Again, we tried 3 or 4 different amps and cabs and had the same issue. Added noise and changed the tone from a beast to a brittle piece of metal sound. I give up for now...maybe I did something wrong but I can't think of what. I wish there was a profiling tutorial video that shows each and every step and what things should look like on the kemper screen and what the cabinet sounds like when puting the kemper in line. I don't remember it being this difficult a year ago when I made my DSL profiles on the rig exchange.
I'm hoping that you get it sorted out, good luck.
