Sadly the profiling mode looper never happened, but if the profiler were to be able to split the signal left Kemper, right The amp during profiling then you could at least record a short section in our DAW without the need to re-amp or create complex routing (which sadly products like the Apollo don't ever support) and compare/contrast right then and there between the two.
This is a sort of extension of the split dry/processed signal feature the Kemper already offers with SPDIF. It would jusgt speed up the process of refining when you can't hear both Kemper and Amp in total isolation.
