I assume the reverbs and delays and mods can all be setup to be in stereo?

The Delays are all stereo.
The Mods you use in the "X" slot will all be Stereo.Try the "Stereo Widener", I think you'll like it.
Press any Effects button then use the "Type" knob to scroll through the FX until you see Stereo Widener. -

25ms is a good point to start with I think , let me know if it works, ok?
The idea is that the sound reaches one ear first and the other ear a little later, voila: Stereo.;
