Does anyone know how to pay for the remote if you selected the pre payment option? I'm part of the early bird and placed an order last month. I was expecting to get an invoice or payment instructions but haven't gotten anything yet.

I ordered mine on the 14th. The email I got from Kemper said it would be shipping from March 23rd. So I have a month to wait yet.

Same me thing happened to me. Contact sales and ask them to send you a PayPal payment request when it's time to pay.

I have emailed again for the umteenth time. I have honestly never had an order experience like this. Very confusing and frustrating, so many steps to make a simple purchase.

I had it set up for pre-pay when I purchased. They emailed an invoice with instructions for the bank transfer. I emailed back saying I wanted to pay by paypal and they immediately sent a paypal payment request by email. It was a very easy transaction.
