Agreed, thanks! I looked at the forum last night and was like, "What the heck is all this?" Up waaaay too late.

So Skoczy was the culprit which made me think I was on the wrong part of the forum when I got back from my gig last night and saw all these old posts revived. Nice one buddy some good rigs there for new KPA users

+1. Helps indeed when some older rigs get new praise and exposure.

Hi guys
I am using Rig Manager mostly for checking profiles. But yesterday I thought "why not going to the roots, the days when I purchased Kemper - to the last page of free profiles and going backwards?" I was not trying to make my counter, I was just curious. And many of the profiles stand out, I really like them. I found this Fender profile with Jensen 4x10 cab, which may become my cab for clean profiles. And what else? Marshall 8100 profile - Chuck Schuldiner's amp, Plugged my B.C. Rich, EQed a bit and wow.
Most of the profiles I checked were not uploaded to Rig Exchange, many of them are still available on file sharing services after 3 years.
Glad you like them

When was The Rig Exchange put online? If it was not there in January 2012, it makes sense that the oldest User Rigs may have never ended up on it, since they predated it.

There you go - muddying up the conversation with FACTS
Thanks for that info! So, many months of profiles were self-hosted before RE. Hidden Gems await!

Huh! I didn't know that. Thanks all of you for the info, and do share if you find good ones!
Kudos to skoczy!

Well I think Rig Exchange started somewhere @February 2012, because oldest profiles on RE are dated so.

Another GEM, try this MPF Room One on Tele - sweet and so alive.

Really like that 67 vibrolux with TS profile you bumped... The only good( or really, one of the only period) profile of a blackface vibrolux out there: one of the most sought after blackface fenders out there. Alittle tweaking and it sounds fantastic, super thick.
