How about the looper start, stop and erase be controlled by switch / pedal inputs...?

There's a feature request about this. Unfortunately, the looper cannot be accessed in the current firmware using regular midi or NRPN commands, but in earlier firmwares (pre-2.7.4), you can send NRPN messages to control the looper.

OK - I see!
But as a feature request it would be nice to be able to control some basic commands on the looper (say start, stop and erase) by the footswitch jacks (switch / pedal inputs)...

Pedal switching the looper would be great for users like me, because as a homestudio rocker there is no use for
the "remote". But there is use for the looper only.Thanx.
