Hi there!
For looping in my external looper (and Kemper looper in the future), I would like to use the pitch shift effect (or something similar) to play a bass part with my guitar - so without changing from guitar to real bass (dont have one btw).
It does not have to sound great, but should be tight... And thats where my question is coming from:
How can I setup the effect to get a near-instant response? My trials so far did work in pronciple, but had quite some delay between hitting the string and getting the output signal...
Any ideas, what I can improve?
Regards!

Put Transpose with -12 semitones in stomp A and you're done!

Thanks!
Works great!
Did not find the transponse effect first and tried too long with pitch... For some reason, I experience higher delay with pitch.
But really works great with transponse! -
Also, I'd switch to a rig made with a bass amp for the ultimate realism

Glad I could help. Remember to always make sure that Transpose is first in the signal chain (Stomp A).

I used it live where my bass player does a solo with a whammy pedal and it sounded pretty close. My bass player said he'd rather I just play normal chords, I think it spooked him, mission accomplished! lol
